Much of this is OK. Grammatically the second one should be "I'm afraid I'll get hurt ...", but the wording is odd. "burrs" is an odd word to use, and "get hurt" seems too strong for something so seemingly minor. Could you describe a little more the kind of injury you are referring to?
The question seems to assume that you already know they don't use disposable chopsticks.
