Small/minor industry.

Hallo!
"Tuxtla is not an industrial city. It just has small/minor industry."

In Spanish we have the term "peque?a industria" in this case I don't know which term would fit in?

Thats tricky. To me, 'minor industry' is industry where the enterprises are on a small scale. Birmingham grew up as an industrial city with lots of small workshops - but taken

We have the same term in Spanish "peque?a y mediana industria/empresa" :-). I totally mistook the term and some how I related industrial
