Grammar

small or capital letters?

Hi,
I have got a question about some "logo/poster/etc.-specific" grammar :-) Let me explain what I mean.

There is a company named HPPR. The abbriviation stands for Hydropower plants of Russia. (Leaving aside the logo icon) I just need to be sure that the logo text to the right of the icon looks fine... it should be as simple as "HPPR - Hydropower Plants of Russia"

Now, to my question.

Shall I start all words but prepositions and articles with capital letters in the logo text?... that is, which is correct,

Hydropower plants of Russia
or
Hydropower Plants Of Russia
or even
hydropower plants of Russia ??

As far as I can see only the variant

"HPPR - Hydropower Plants of Russia

is acceptable?

Thanks!
Perhaps you could also point me to a link or two where some basics of what I called the "logo grammar" are given?

It's about style, not grammar, when it comes to these things.

Nothing about "iPhone" matches convention, for example, but it works for Apple.

I've been doing business communications for decades. Just ask here. You'll get a few opinions.

The general rule for titles is to capitalise everything except for prepositions, articles, and conjunctions. Emotion: wink
