Small letter correction?

I hope that after my 1000th letter, my English will get better.
Thank you for the correction.

My letter:
Dear Madam or Sir,

Thank you for your quick answer. I can't confirm my accommodation for Marton A because it is to expensive for me:(. Please inform me, If I have any chance to apply for Moricz Z in the future or if you know a safe private accommodation alternative for an anti-alcoholic, no smoking, earnest IT student.

non-drinking, non-smoking (if that's what you actually mean -- or do you mean that you drink, but you're not an alcoholic? Or you don't like alcoholics? That's what "anti-alcoholic" sounds like.)
