Small help

hi

i had buy an MP3 reader , and i want to improve my english listening ( like another person said , i can understand only Hi and bye in CNN, BBC ...Emotion: smile )

Now i'm lookin for free english courses in audio format
or some speech IN ENGLISH , just to exercise my ears .....
