Letter Writing

Small business letter

Hi there. I've been asked to give a try in writing a small portion of what appeared to be a reply. It's not my cup of tea but I tried jotting it down anyway. Would you please correct me? Any input is highly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

Hello, **.

You’re welcome on behalf of the company **. I apologize for delaying the reply due to the fact that the process of the development of our company is to be paid attention to. It was pleasant to receive a letter from you right after our meeting at the exhibition in Moscow.

Our company is at an rapid growth now and one of the tasks ahead of us is to gain stable position at certain segment of the travel market namely tours to UAE.

The second task is to keep sales increasing.

The third task is to make up positive public image of the company in the eyes of both travel agencies and private clients.

I would like to thank you for expressing a wish of additional help and I would be pleased to make use of it in case.

Furthermore, if you’re interested in translations of other Moscow companies (travel agencies), I’m ready to go into details and e-mail you at an address appropriate.

I’m ready to set a start point of 0.2 percents with further negotiations.

Truthfully yours,

CEO ***, Moscow, ***.
