Slumber with a key (a quick nap)

I thought of this after reading “Slumber with a key”. It is a variation of it. Could you correct it?

This nap is designed for those who want to sleep for no longer than a few seconds. You lie in bed with you arm pointed in the air. Keeping you arm up in the air is working your muscle. The second you fall asleep, your muscle stops working, waking you up.
