Slow down the fan, etc

Hi

Are the underlined parts natural English?

Could you slow down the fan a bit? It's blowing away all the papers.

Could you slow down the fan a bit? It's flying away all the papers.

Could you speed up a the fan? It's stuffy in here.

Any other typical expressions for such situations?

Thanks,

Tom
