Slogan

Dear teachers,
My friend asked me to translate some slogans from Vietnamese into English for him. Could you possibly help edit them?

1) "The entire people unite/consolidate to build (up) a cultured lifestyle in residential areas"

2)"The entire people unite/consolidate to build (up) a cultural lifestyle in residential quarters"

3) "All the teachers and students of ABC school are determined/resolved to participate in the emulation campaign /movement to teach well and study well"

4)"All the teachers and students of ABC school are determined/resolved to participate in the emulation campaign /movement for good teaching and study"

Thank you in advance

Hi Mister Micawber,

Thank you for your help. But in my country's culture they often say in a long way.Because in a short way, it does not convey the full meaning . Suppose I would like to say sentences which are not slogans .Are they ok , especially with the enphasis on the phrases in bold type ?

1)The entire people unite/consolidate to build (up) a cultured / cultural

As statements, these are natural:

1) Everyone is united in the effort to create a good quality of life in residential areas.

2) The school has launched a campaign to improve teaching and learning and requests all teachers and students to participate.

3) All the teachers and students of ABC school have agreed to participate

Thank you Mister Micawber
