Sleepy head 1

In less than 10 minutes (I think), the call came. I picked it up and she sounded surprisingly awake. I'd thought she would call me the moment she woke up. I could imagine she was changed and ready to head out. I was still too tired because I went to bed at 3 am, so I asked her to call me back later. As soon as I hung up, I drifted back to dreamland.

Please check for mistakes.
Thanks.

Thanks, MM. One question, Why is "she was change" not right?

Thanks.

She was changed-- Not not right, just a little uncommon and too passive for the context, I thought.

Thanks, MM. I agree with you. I always love your recommendations to make writings more natural though they sometimes are really difficult to learn.
