...sleeping posture..body aches?

Is it natural to say 'My sleeping posture gives me body aches'?

I am particularly unsure about 'body aches'. Should I have used another phrase?

Thank you

I see nothing wrong with it. " I suppose it's a little unclear if the effect is immediate, waking you up; or if you suffer from body aches during the day, after a good night's sleep.

I see nothing wrong with it. You could say "sore muscles."
