Sleep with sprawling, snug yourself, step to the side

You have a room only three persons can sleep on the floor with sprawling, but if you make room and snug yourself four persons can sleep. There persons were already sleeping, I entered and asked the three persons in lying position "Could you people step to the side/move a bit, so that I can also sleep here?

Please correct my sentence and suggest me better versions too.
