SLEEP TIGHT!

Dear Teachers,

1. What does "sleep tight!" mean? and is it common?

2. What does "come on in" mean? and is it polite to say?

3. Does " come talk!" mean "come here to talk"?

4. Let's get it over with!

- What does this mean?

5. Can I get back to you on that?

- Does this mean " Can I answer you back about that later?"?

Thanks very much to Teachers,

Stevenukd.

Good night.
Sleep tight.
Don't let the bedbugs bite!

(Said to children at bedtime -- at least in the U.S.)

I meant to use an indefinite article: "... or a loved one."

There is no need to repeat the article.
You can, and it's grammatical, but it's not necessary or better.
