Sleep off the journey

Hi

Would you say that 'sleep off' works naturally with these?

I have heard that (in the olden days) when people travelled by ship to faraway places, it took them days to sleep off the journey or fatigue.

Sleep off the journey

Sleep off the fatigue

Sleep off the tiredness

Thanks,

Tom
