Sleep early

Can I say "I sleep early everyday".

Thank you.

You can say that, but it's not correct English. I'm not sure what you mean, perhaps: I wake up early every day . Or: I go to bed early every day.

Stick with go to bed. That's what native speakers say. A mother may say to her baby, Go to sleep now if she would like the baby to fall asleep.
