Sleep ?

Hi,

If someone says "Would you like to sleep on it a little longer, or are you ready to make this decision?", the person being asked says "I've slept enough. Or the lack of sleep" What does he mean by saying "I've slept enough. Or the lack of sleep". Has anthing to do with real sleep?

Thanks!

First, "or the lack of sleep" sounds awkward. They might not be a native English speaker, or it might be an incomplete sentence. They might be saying they stayed awake and thought about it.
