Sledding for the price of

In one video, two students are talking about their sledding expereinces at Carleton University.

One says "Sledding for the price of what one meal plan will do". The other laughs.

I don't get the humour of "Sledding for the price of what one meal plan will do". What does it mean? Why is it humorous?
