Slang low key

Hi everyone, I 'm leaving a message to know about this slang.

you know I' m a bit confused when it is adverb or adjective.

is it correct to say? this roast chicken was low key sweet. (in the meaning of to some extent or kind of)

Impossible.

"lowkey" is more related to keeping information about personal relationships secret. It's completely out of place in a discussion about roast chicken.
