Hello. I apologize for the topic but someone from London is talking about std in slang using the following terms I don't understand

He said:

The shaking Stevens

Umgo

Umbumgo or jumps hii

Jumanjii

Both are treatable with fruit juice and popcorn

Does anybody know what is this guy talking about?
