Urban Dictionary is a good site for looking up slang expressions (not "slangs" -- slang is an adjective or an non-count noun). I would suggest, though, that you concentrate on being able to understand slang when you hear it, but not trying to incorporate it into your own speech. Slang tends to sound very artificial when used by someone who is just learning English -- it's very hard to get the right register.
