That is not my idea of one; THIS is. But judging from all the Google Images, most any tight, brimless cap qualifies.

The brim is the 'horizontal' extension all around a [url=]FEDORA[/URL], and I suppose the bill of a baseball cap could be considered a partial brim.

I don't call them anything-- the opportunity has never arisen; it appears that they are called skullcaps.
