Skipping Some Schwas?

Hi,

The Webster dictionary mentions two possible pronunciation for the word 'https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/organization'. I didn't found any audio sample for the second pronunciation, but based on what I see, the schwa which occurs after the letter 'g', in the first pronunciation, is completely omitted in the second pronunciation. My question is whether the second pronunciation is common and familiar to native speakers' ears, it is somewhat easier for me to pronounce it this way, if I haven't understood it incorrectly of course.

My question also applies to the word 'https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/national', though the order of pronunciations seems to be reversed in the entry.

Thank you.
