1-- Can he skip/jump rope? These both seems natural and common and synonymous to me. It's been a long time since I jumped rope, however.

2-- We're specialized in selling many kinds of stones -- this seems odd: the association of specialization with many kinds-- they seem antithetical. I would rewrite it as We specialize in stones.

3-- What is the difference between " fabric " and " material "?-- my considered opinion is that fabric is a subset of material (which is more general); fabric is also the word used in fabric stores, while the layman (like me) is more likely to call it material.

4-- She's pretty / kind of tall for a ten-year girl. -- Both fine and synonymous and informal.

5-- It's slightly different / It's kind of different.-- these are right (after I changed slight to slightly); they have the same meaning, but the latter is more casual

6-- She does has a good reputation.-- no good. She has a good reputation, or for stress or contradiction, She does have a good reputation.
