SKINNED, "the works" and INDIAN TOPS.

Could someone explain to me these expressions?:
' She was a beautiful woman, tall, light brown SKINNED beautiful skin- with beautiful eyes and a beautiful smile, THE WORKS, but with one of the most espiritual karmas I had never run across.'
and
'I started wearing African dashikis and looser clothes plus a lot of "Indian TOPS" by this guy named Hernando ... so I started buying wraparound Indian shirts from him...'
Thanks in advance, Jo.

Haha, that's funny Marius! The Dutch say: "met allerlei toeters en bellen", which literally means "with all kinds of tooters and bells", i.e. with all the trimmings. (= with the works!)
