Skim or skimmed?

Hi Everyone,

I'm writing another exercise sheet and am wondering about the adjective - skim.

Should we say,

1. 'Lisa prefers skim milk.' or

2. 'Lisa prefers skimmed milk.'

I'm pretty sure it's the first sentence, but is there ever a place for the second sentence?

Thanks
Miss Full Cream. Lol
