Hi,

Would someone please describe the difference between skill and skills? I have look it up in five dictionaries but the difference is still blur.

Thank you,
M

Basically, skills is the plural of skill, for example: He learned one skill while he was here. He learned four skills while he was here. However, in actual usage there are a variety of ways skill and skills are used, which are not based strictly on singular and plural.
