Please don't be discouraged! Whilst you are continuing to work on your grammar skills, you can still improve your spoken fluency. I do not believe that it is necessary to master written language before speaking it well. Many native speakers of English have poor writing and grammar skills and still manage to communicate fluently and effectively. I'm sure this is true of other language
