Sizes and proportions

Dear native speakers or teachers,

please correct this sentence, I cannot find a better option to say the following:

"Please send one more time the files for the printing of the artwork on your stand. The sizes in which (?) you sent the files are wrong and not corresponding to the stand´s proportions."

I mean that the sizes in which the artwork was sent cannot fit the stand design (probably because of too small or too large etc etc)

Thanks for helping

Pamela

I suspect that you will have to give them more information than that, Pamela: 'Please re-send the files...stand in [...] size.'

Hi,
thank you so much, it was really helpful and exactly what I needed to know.

Yes, I gave more information, but I need help only about the above mentioned sentence.

Thanks

Pamela
