I have problems with the word size in the context.
This approach, unfortunately, does not take into consideration the fact that the power of negotiation is a notion that refers to the capability of an individual to overpower, which is always a relative notion that can be based on the whole range of elements which are not always derived from the size and economic power of the parties in question.
I wonder whether it works in English in this context and whether it can be replaced by something more appropriate.
If you have any other suggestions or corrections, I would be more than happy to read them.
Thank you very much in advance
