sixty-forty?

Dear friends,

I need your help again. I could not understand the meaning of 'sixty-forty' in a text. In the book, the cafe owner says the cook:

- Your cut is six dollar per cake. I'm charging twelve dollars per cake and I'm giving you half. If your cakes are suitable, I'll think about doing sixty-forty.

Another example:

- Can you have them ready in 48 hours? If you can, I'll do sixty-forty.

So, does it have a different meaning? 60-40? I'm confused Emotion: tongue tied

When you have an amount of money to be shared by two people, it can be divided equally, or unequally.

Equal amounts are 50% (half) to one and 50% (half) to the other.

Unequal amounts can be split many different ways, but the total has to be 100%. For example, one can get 40% and the other 60%.
In a business, the person who does the most work should get a greater benefit.
