Situation questions ( please help me clearly and make some e.g)

1. When I am playing at theme park 
My mom calls me and asks:
A what have you played
B what did you played

Personal idea is A . Because playing in the theme park hasn't ended.
Right?

2. In an accident , a man got a bite of zombie. He should say :
A. I have been bitten / I have got a bite
B. I was bitten
C. I am bitten 

3. When I forget to bring my thing when I leave somewhere 
My friend reminds me
He should say :
You have left a thing
 Or when I back home and my friend calls me , should say:
You left the thing or you have left the thing?

4. A person has died 
Or A person died

Please note the wrong one and correct it.

5. My mum says
A. Have you done your hw?
B. Did you do your hw?

Please note out the difference

Here are my choices which I feel best describe your situation:

1. What are you playing?
or
What have you been playing?

2. I have been bitten by.....
I was bitten by...

3.You have left something.

Or when I back home and my friend calls me , should say: You left the thing or you have left the thing?

Concerning question 5, there is no real difference between "Have you done..." and "Did you do..."
Some might say that "Have you done..." is a bit more formal.
Both are used and grammatical.
