Situation

Hi there.

I've got a weird test question. Which one could be the correct answer for a situation like this below?

Question:

You've realized that you're entirely out of shape so you ask your college roommate:

A) Can you help me with my geometry homework?
B) Do you think i should change my hairstyle?
C) Would you mind coming to work out with me twice a week?
D) Shall we go out to eat tonight, I'm starviriq.
E) What about ordering a supersize pizza and watch a movie?

I don't know what "out of shape" mean here? I think it is related with a person's physical appearance. But in this contex, according to the official answer key, the correct answer is C. Why? I need an explanation here. I think Option B is also fine here.

Thanks.

"Work out" is the key element. I misses it. Thank you. Emotion: smile
