Site verification

The pronunciations of some words in this online dictionary are different than those I used to pronunce that I have learnt through different sources. Please any native, specially British, look at the site and tell me can I trust the online dictionary in all regards?

Hi The Oxford English Dictionary is very well known and respected in the UK. Amongst people who study words, the OED will often be taken as the benchmark; it's been published since 1884. Many would say it is the dictionary As with any dictionary, I daresay there's an occasional quirk or problem but, yes, you can trust it Dave

As with any dictionary, I daresay there's an occasional quirk or problem but, yes, you can trust it
