Sir plz answer this letter

It has been found while checking your attendance record obtained from the scaning machine for the last 30 days that you remained absent for 2 days, came late for 22 days and did not scan at your time off for 1 day during the period form 16-04-09 to 15-05-09 without submitting any application.

You are hereby called upon to explain in writting the satisfactory reason of your absence and late comings otherwise the days shown as absence wil be treated as absence from duty and 1 day salary will be deducted in lieu of 3 late comings.

Your explanation should reach to this office within 2 days from the date of issue of this letter duly signed by Incharge of your department.
