Maintain liaison with community, local elected leaders, government officials, partner organizations and stakeholders to implement project, organized and facilitated the training, workshop and meeting at the project areas, motivate community people for unity and help them to understand the importance of unity, collect information and documentation of minority language people and prepare field report for office management and donors.
