Sir, please check and corret the sentence

I have maintaining their Wood en Daad Child Sponsorship Software, keep child personal profiles (soft & hard copies), send each child’s information to their sponsors, help children to answer of their sponsors’ letter, provide report as per program and donor requirement, communicate with sponsors, programs, GOs and NGOs, maintaining incoming and outgoing documents,monitor sponsorship activities through field visit, arrange training, workshop and exchange visit.
