Why do you apply for this position of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist?

I like to work my present position as PF but I like most to work of analytical and technical work M&E related activities such as, baseline survey, setting objectives, setting indicator against objectives, selecting relevant data, developing tools and formats for data collection, select methods and techniques, collect data, analysis data and generate report as well as measures the progress and support program team in new project design.

I like to work on M&E Specialist because I have worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation officer in WV for two years and in LRP for four years.

Since I'm currently working as a PF in your organization, I have a good idea about the program's goals, outcomes and activities, and partners, which would be of great benefit to work as M&E Specialist. Because of my experience total six years in M&E, I have full confident I will do better in the position and I think I can give good things to the organization. Therefore I applied this position.
