Sip a tea, i'm in beach

The tea was very hot so I could just sip it so it took long time to drink a cup of coffee.
My house is just 15 minutes away from his and I can just walk to reach there. Don't need vehicles.
Right now I'm in beach, and will soon leave to theatre for the afternoon show.
Right now I'm in platform and will soon get onto a train.

Please correct my sentences.
