Top answer

teal lime 1) The sins of the fathers shall be visited upon their children. 1) The sins of the father shall be visited upon his children. As amended.

  • teal lime 1) The sins of the fathers shall be visited upon their children.
  • 1) The sins of the father shall be visited upon his children.
  • As amended.
  • This saying exists in various similar forms.
  • The traditional proverb usually refers to "son(s)" rather than "children", but "children" would be more PC now I suppose.
