Singulative in English

Hello

Is there a singulative number for any English words? There are collective nouns I know, but what about singulative? Also, what is the difference between singular - plural and singulative - collective?

Many thanks

Singulative, as far as I know, is a designator for a whole language-wide system of marking nouns. It is not used in English. Welsh and Arabic are sometimes mentioned as languages whose nouns are marked according to this kind of system.
