Singular vs plural - difference in meaning?

Owning this franchise will give you full access to store operation systems/store operations systems

What's the difference in meaning? Usually plural would indicate plurality, but is this so here?

Thanks a lot

I would say "store-operation systems" meaning more than one system for operating the store. But I think "store operating systems" would be a better word choice if that is the case. Or you could say, "store operations system" leaving the "s" on operations but dropping the final "s" on systems to mean the system for the various operations of the store.
