Singular vs plural

What we can do for you is/are:

Pay for your dinner tonight
Give you free drinks next time you come
And give you a free parking space next time you come

I think 'are' is correct, but it sounds awful. Which is correct and why?

Thanks

Thank you.

May I ask why it requires a singular verb?

The subject 'what/ (that which)' relates to a number of things (paying for dinner etc), so I just wanted an explanation of why the subject is singular.

The subject "what we can do for you" is singular.

Hi - what if I recast it like this?

Shout you dinner and by you a round of drinks is/are what I can do for you.

Shout you dinner - does not make any sense.

Buying your dinner and a round of drinks is what I can do for you.

Hi,

Shout you dinner - Sounds to me like it might be Australian English.

When I lived in England, It's my shout meant It's my turn to buy a round of drinks.
