singular verb or plural verb

Hi,

Which verb should I use, singular verb or plural verb?

Here, should I say "Which verb should I use, singular verb or plural verb?" or "Which verb should I use, the singular verb or plural verb?" or "Which verb should I use, a singular verb or plural verb?" when I using 1) one sentence to ask a question and 2) two or more sentences to ask several questions? I think the lst version is good if I can say that I am using 'singular verb' and 'plural verb' as sort of titles or representative of their conceptual meaning.

Anyway, back to my original question: which one should it be?

The wooden chairs he has or have are good.

The wooden chairs he makes or make is or are good in quality.
