Tedium shouldn't be a plural because a state of being is uncountable.

And in fact, when it IS a plural it's actually tediums. Imagine that.

You may have misread my post. I wasn't suggesting that 'tedia' was a real word.

Tedium is a process someone is going through. It's a noun. It can pass and then come again with different feelings, so I think it should have a plural; tediums.
