Singular, plural and using "s" in this complex sentence

Friends, check this sentence and help me to know "s" should come to the end of word become or not. Here is the sentence.

Sentence: Please ponder why investment bank like Morgan Stanley and Merill have become relic of the past.

Now in this sentence of mine I'm confuse I'd put "s" with become or not.

Thanks

"become" = base form; "became" = past; "become" = past participle. Always use the past participle in the present perfect: I have EATEN; she has GONE; they have BECOME relics. (Also in the past perfect: I, you, he, she, it, we, and they HAD BECOME ....)
