Singular or plural confusion

I am not sure of the following sentences:

1. Which 'kind or kinds' of women are you in to.

2. Which 'kind or kinds' of woman 'is or are' you in to.

How to construct the above sentences for the singular women and plural woman.

3. Also, is it correct to say:

The kinds of 'researches or research' are expanding in the US. Please explain?

"research" is essentially uncountable. You can't have more than one of them.

It's like "wine": this kind of wine / these kinds of wine

I'd generally keep both nouns in the singular when using OF but it's difficult with such questions because the expected answer can sometimes determine whether the noun is singular or plural in the question.

What breed of dog are you interested in?
Poodles (expectation: one breed)
What breeds of dog are you interested in?
Poodles and Labradors (expectation: two or more br
