Singular or plural

which one is the correct sentence from the below sentences? Or are they incorrect? Here, build means software version. For instance, I am running the test on 100th version of software, so I should be running it on 103th version from now onwards. Also, at an interval or intervals - which is correct?

I will run the automated tests at an interval of every three builds from now on.

Or

I will run the automated tests at intervals of every three builds from now on.
