singular or plural?

Hi,
I just started learning English, it is difficult to learn but I will not give up.
I have a question.
what is the correct sentence between these two?
1. there is a tennis court and swimming pool near my house.
2. there is a tennis court and a swimming pool near my house.

Anonymous what is the correct sentence between these two? Between those two, if you capitalize the first word of each sentence, both are accepted, though a prescriptivist will prefer #1.

I would use very in place of so, and in the sentence I think learn suits the place better than study.
