Singular or plural

When I am talking to a group of people and say 'hi guys' should it be followed by which of the below?

What are your schedules like on Wednesday?
What is your schedule like on Wednesday?

I am thinking the first, the plural form would be more correct. Am I right?

Thank you.

Using "anyone's" means you're not suggesting anyone has a schedule or wants to mention one, so you are leaving people free in their response.

I see. Thanks for your clarification.

I am assuming that "everyone's" also works in your sentence instead of "anyone's". Am I right?

"everyone's schedule" also fits the sentence form, but may have a slightly pushier feel.
With something like "what's anyone's schedule", I suspect a nicer form would be "Hi guys! What would anyone's schedule be..." etc, as it sounds slightly casual to say "what's anyone's", but there are many other ways of saying it.
