Singular or plural

Hello,
If I want to describe a list of many different destinations .. should I say "destinations list" or "destination list"?
More generally, are there cases when we should add/avoid this "s"?

Thank you Epitorial,

English is my second language and so it's a bit counterintuitive for me to understand why destination list and not destinations list - as long as we're speaking about multiple destinations ..

Any tip that would help to understand the logic of the grammar here?
